Sizing and loading machine SPM-1250 is designed for classification and loading of coal into transport vehicles directly in open-cut mine or coal storage yards.
Machine includes loading conveyor 1, screw screen 2 and reversible conveyor 3. It works in the following way: coal is fed by bucket wheel excavator onto the loading conveyor and is further transported to the screw screen where it is separated into two fractions – oversize and undersize. Undersize is loaded directly into railway cars, while oversize passes onto reversible conveyor, from which is loaded into railway cars or trucks.
Capacity of crushing and screening loading machine SPM-1250 is 1250 t/h; weight – 110 t.
