Sizing and screening machine MSG-2000 is designed for classification, transportation and loading of coal and other bulk material in open-pit mines and coal storage yards.
Sizing and screening machine includes: crawler, portal, boom, boom raising and lowering mechanism, conveyors for screenings, conveyor for graded coal, slewing loading devices for graded coal and screenings, operator’s cabins and screw screen.
This machine works in the following way: coal is fed by bucket wheel excavator into the feeding bin and then flows by gravity onto the screw screen where it is separated into two fractions. Each fraction is loaded by loading device via corresponding conveyors into railway cars or other transport vehicles.
Capacity of sizing and screening machine MSG-2000 is 2000 t/h; weight – 120 t.
