Mobile crushing and loading system (MDPK) is designed for crushing, conveying of rock at high angles (to 80°) from bench to bench and loading it into the transport vehicles.
The unit consists of high-angle belt wagon KNK-30 and double-bucket loading machine (DDPU). It works in a following way: rock mass with piece size up to 1500 mm is discharged from dump trucks into buckets of DDPU, from which rock crushed to 300 mm is loaded onto conveyor receiving portion and is further conveyed at the angle from 40°to 80°to the bench of height 30 m.
Unit capacity is 2000 m3/h, weight – 810 t.
