Double-bucket crushing and loading unit (DDPU) is designed for crushing and loading of rock mass.
The unit includes frame, buckets, undercarriage and toothed roll crusher. It works in the following way: dump trucks with carrying capacity of 180 t load rock mass with the pieces up to 1500 mm into buckets of the unit, from which it is fed into receiving chute of toothed roll crusher by means of hydraulic or rope lifting mechanisms. Rock mass with the pieces up to 300 mm is fed from the crusher outlet onto the belt of high-angle or conventional belt conveyor.
Crushing capacity of crushing and loading unit is 2000 m3/h, weight – 600 t.
